The Kameeldrift abattoir has been designed to allow for the calm and humane off-loadning of livestock when they arrive.

Personal protective equipment is kept clean and overalls are changed daily. Specialized equipment is used to keep the slaughtering process hygienic and effective and to assure maximum slaughter percentage.

Safety and quality procedures are continuously monitored throughout the process until delivery to our customers.Kameeldrift abattoir makes use of external meat inspection and classification services (the Agency for Food Safety) to ensure the highest standards. Particular attention is paid to shelf life and qualtiy procedures.
